Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure pertains to a communication control apparatus, a communication control method, a program, a motion picture imaging communication terminal, and a motion picture reproducing communication terminal, all of which enable suppression of power consumption during communication. This communication control apparatus acquires, from a wireless transmission device that transmits/receives motion picture data by performing transmission via wireless communication, a parameter correlated with a communication state and/or communication power, and restricts, according to said parameter, the quality of the motion picture data before an available communication band decreases as a result of deterioration in radio wave condition in a communication path. The communication control apparatus also imposes a limit on the compression ratio of the motion picture data acquired through imaging of a motion picture by an imaging device, or, when transmitting a request command to a motion picture distribution server, restricts the quality of the motion picture data requested to be distributed. The present technology is applicable to, for example, a reproducing terminal or an imaging terminal or having the function of transmitting or receiving motion picture data via wireless communication.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de contrôle de communication, un procédé de contrôle de communication, un programme, un terminal de communication mpi (motion picture imaging), et un terminal de communication mpr (motion picture reproducing), tous aptes à permettre une suppression de la consommation de puissance durant une communication. L'appareil de contrôle de communication acquiert, d'un dispositif de transmission sans fil qui transmet/reçoit des données filmographiques via l’exécution d’une transmission au moyen d’une communication sans fil, un paramètre corrélé à un état de communication et/ou une puissance de communication, et limite, d’après ledit paramètre, la qualité des données filmographiques avant qu'une bande de communication disponible ne diminue suite à la détérioration d’une condition d'onde radio dans un trajet de communication. L'appareil de contrôle de communication impose également une limite sur le taux de compression des données filmographiques acquises par imagerie d'un film par un dispositif d'imagerie ou, lors de la transmission d'une instruction de demande à un serveur de distribution de film, limite la qualité des données filmographiques devant être distribuées. La présente technologie peut être appliquée par exemple à un terminal de reproduction ou à un terminal d'imagerie ou un terminal ayant la fonction de transmettre ou de recevoir des données filmographiques au moyen d'une communication sans fil.
(JA) 本開示は、通信電力の抑制を図ることができるようにする通信制御装置、通信制御方法、プログラム、動画像撮像通信端末、および動画像再生通信端末に関する。 通信制御装置は、無線通信による伝送を行って動画像データを送受信する無線伝送装置から、通信状態および通信電力の少なくとも一方と相関のあるパラメータを取得し、そのパラメータに従って、通信路の電波状況の悪化に伴って通信可能帯域が低下する前に、動画像データの品質を制限する。そして、撮像装置が動画像を撮像することにより取得される動画像データの圧縮率に制限を設ける。または、動画像配信サーバに対するリクエストコマンド送信する際に、配信を要求する動画像データの品質を制限する。本技術は、例えば、動画像データを無線通信により送信または受信する機能を備えた撮像端末または再生端末に適用できる。
