Abstract:
(EN) A confocal microscope according to the present invention is provided with: a first VIPA assembly (3) which passes light from a light source while performing wavelength/spatial conversion by subjecting the light to multiplexed reflection, and which irradiates a subject (20) with the light via an objective (6), the first VIPA assembly (3) receiving reflected light from the subject (20) via the objective (6) and passing the light while performing spatial/wavelength conversion by subjecting the light to multiplexed reflection; a second VIPA assembly (8) which passes the reflected light from the first VIPA assembly (3) while performing wavelength/spatial conversion by subjecting the reflected light to multiplexed reflection; and an image capture means which includes a 2-dimensional image sensor (10A) having a line light collection direction and a spatial direction after wavelength/spatial conversion, and which captures an image of the reflected light from the second VIPA assembly (8).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un microscope confocal qui comprend : un premier ensemble VIPA (3) qui laisse passer la lumière provenant d'une source de lumière tout en effectuant une conversion de longueur d'onde/spatiale en soumettant la lumière à une réflexion multiplexée, et qui éclaire un sujet (20) avec la lumière par le biais d'un objectif (6), le premier ensemble VIPA (3) recevant la lumière réfléchie en provenance du sujet (20) par le biais de l'objectif (6) et laissant passer la lumière tout en effectuant une conversion spatiale/de longueur d'onde en soumettant la lumière à une réflexion multiplexée ; un second ensemble VIPA (8) qui laisse passer la lumière réfléchie en provenance du premier ensemble VIPA (3) tout en effectuant une conversion de longueur d'onde/spatiale en soumettant la lumière réfléchie à une réflexion multiplexée ; et un moyen de capture d'image qui comprend un capteur d'image en deux dimensions (10A) ayant une direction de collecte de lumière de ligne et une direction spatiale après une conversion de longueur d'onde/spatiale, et qui capture une image de la lumière réfléchie à partir du second ensemble VIPA (8).
(JA) 本発明にかかる共焦点顕微鏡は、光源からの光を多重反射することで波長/空間変換して通過させて対物レンズ(6)を介して被写体(20)に照射し、当該被写体(20)からの反射光を上記対物レンズ(6)を介して受光し多重反射することで空間/波長変換して通過させる第1のVIPAアセンブリ(3)と、前記第1のVIPAアセンブリ(3)からの反射光を多重反射することで波長/空間変換して通過させる第2のVIPAアセンブリ(8)と、ライン集光方向と波長/空間変換後の空間方向を有する2次元イメージセンサー(10A)を含み、前記第2のVIPAアセンブリ(8)からの反射光を撮像する撮像手段とを備える。
