Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide an excellent release film for producing a ceramic green sheet, the release film having a good winding property and also being capable of preventing pinholes, partial thickness variations, or the like even when the ceramic green sheet is thinned. [Solution] The present invention provides a release film for producing a ceramic green sheet, wherein a polyester film substantially free of inorganic particles is used as a substrate, a release coating layer is disposed on one surface of the substrate, the film elastic modulus of the release coating layer is at least 2.0 GPa as measured from the surface on the reverse side of the substrate-side of the release coating layer by a nanoindentation test, and an easily slidable coating layer containing particles is disposed on the other surface of the substrate. In a region of the easily slidable coating layer, the average surface roughness (Sa) is 1-25 nm, the maximum protrusion height (P) is 60-500 nm, and the average length (RSm) of roughness curve elements is 10 µm or less.
(FR) La présente invention vise à fournir un excellent film antiadhésif pour produire une feuille de céramique crue, le film antiadhésif présentant une bonne propriété d'enroulement et pouvant également empêcher les trous d'épingle, les variations d'épaisseur partielle ou similaires, même lorsque la feuille de céramique crue est amincie. La présente invention porte sur un film antiadhésif pour la production d'une feuille de céramique crue, un film de polyester sensiblement exempt de particules inorganiques étant utilisé en tant que substrat, une couche de revêtement antiadhésif étant disposée sur une surface du substrat, le module d'élasticité de film de la couche de revêtement antiadhésif étant d'au moins 2,0 GPa, tel que mesuré à partir de la surface sur le côté opposé du côté substrat de la couche de revêtement antiadhésif par un test de nano-indentation, et une couche de revêtement facilement glissante contenant des particules étant disposée sur l'autre surface du substrat. Dans une région de la couche de revêtement facilement glissante, la rugosité moyenne de surface (Sa) est de 1-25 nm, la hauteur de saillie maximale (P) est de 60-500 nm et la longueur moyenne (RSm) d'éléments de courbe de rugosité est de 10 µm ou moins.
