Abstract:
(EN) A prepreg resin composition containing, as essential components thereof, a urethane (meth)acrylate (A) which is a reaction product of a polyisocyanate (a1), a polyol (a2) and a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate (a3), a polymerization initiator (B), and a thermoplastic resin (C), the prepreg resin composition being characterized in that: the polyisocyanate (a1) is one or more types of polyisocyanate selected from 2,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate, 4,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate, a modified carbodiimide of 4,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate, and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate. This prepreg resin composition exhibits excellent moldability, and makes it possible to obtain a molded article exhibiting various excellent properties such as flexibility, impact resistance and heat resistance; hence, the composition may be favorably used in a prepreg and a molded article thereof.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de résine pour préimprégné contenant, comme composants essentiels de celle-ci, un (méth)acrylate d'uréthane (A) qui est un produit réactionnel d'un polyisocyanate (a1), d'un polyol (a2) et d'un (méth)acrylate d'hydroxyalkyle (a3), un initiateur de polymérisation (B) et une résine thermoplastique (C), la composition de résine pour préimprégné étant caractérisée en ce que : le polyisocyanate (a1) représente un ou plusieurs types de polyisocyanates choisis parmi le diisocyanate de 2,4'-diphénylméthane, le diisocyanate de 4,4'-diphénylméthane, un carbodiimide modifié de diisocyanate de 4,4'-diphénylméthane et un polyisocyanate de polyméthylènepolyphényle. Ladite composition de résine pour préimprégné présente une excellente aptitude au moulage et permet d'obtenir un article moulé présentant diverses propriétés excellentes telles que la flexibilité, la résistance aux chocs et la résistance à la chaleur ; par conséquent, la composition peut être favorablement utilisée dans un préimprégné et un article moulé de celui-ci.
(JA) ポリイソシアネート(a1)と、ポリオール(a2)と、ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(a3)との反応物であるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(A)、重合開始剤(B)、及び熱可塑性樹脂(C)を必須成分とするプリプレグ用樹脂組成物であって、前記ポリイソシアネート(a1)が、2,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、4,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、4,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートのカルボジイミド変性体、及びポリメチレンポリフェニルポリイソシアネートから選ばれる1種以上のポリイソシアネートであることを特徴とするプリプレグ用樹脂組成物を提供する。本発明のプリプレグ用樹脂組成物は、成形性に優れ、柔軟性、耐衝撃性、耐熱性等の各種物性に優れる成形品が得られることから、プリプレグ及びその成形品に好適に用いることができる。
