Abstract:
(EN) A prepreg resin composition containing, as essential components thereof, a urethane (meth)acrylate (A) which is a reaction product of a polyisocyanate (a1), a polyol (a2) and a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate (a3), and a polymerization initiator (B), the prepreg resin composition being characterized in that: the polyisocyanate (a1) is one or more types of polyisocyanate selected from 2,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate, 4,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate, a modified carbodiimide of 4,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate, and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate; and the polyol (a2) has an aromatic ring and an oxyalkylene structure. This prepreg resin composition exhibits excellent workability and moldability, and makes it possible to obtain a molded article exhibiting various excellent properties such as appearance and heat resistance; hence, the composition may be favorably used in a prepreg and a molded article thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de résine pour préimprégné contenant, en tant que composants essentiels de celle-ci, un (méth)acrylate d'uréthane (A) qui est un produit réactionnel d'un polyisocyanate (a1), d'un polyol (a2) et d'un (méth)acrylate d'hydroxyalkyle (a3), et un initiateur de polymérisation (B), la composition de résine pour préimprégné étant caractérisée en ce que : le polyisocyanate (a1) est un ou plusieurs types de polyisocyanates choisis parmi le diisocyanate de 2,4'-diphénylméthane, le diisocyanate de 4,4'-diphénylméthane, un carbodiimide modifié de diisocyanate de 4,4'-diphénylméthane et un polyisocyanate de polyméthylènepolyphényle ; et le polyol (a2) comprend un cycle aromatique et une structure oxyalkylène. Ladite composition de résine pour préimprégné présente une excellente aptitude au façonnage et une excellente aptitude au moulage, et permet d'obtenir un article moulé présentant diverses excellentes propriétés telles que l'aspect et la résistance à la chaleur ; par conséquent, a composition peut être favorablement utilisée dans un préimprégné et un article moulé de celui-ci.
(JA) ポリイソシアネート(a1)と、ポリオール(a2)と、ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(a3)との反応物であるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(A)、及び重合開始剤(B)を必須成分とするプリプレグ用樹脂組成物であって、前記ポリイソシアネート(a1)が、2,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、4,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、4,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートのカルボジイミド変性体、及びポリメチレンポリフェニルポリイソシアネートから選ばれる1種以上のポリイソシアネートであり、前記ポリオール(a2)が、芳香環及びオキシアルキレン構造を有することを特徴とするプリプレグ用樹脂組成物を提供する。本発明のプリプレグ用樹脂組成物は、作業性及び成形性に優れ、外観、耐熱性等の各種物性に優れる成形品が得られることから、プリプレグ及びその成形品に好適に用いることができる。
