Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a wavelength conversion member having excellent heat dissipation properties. This wavelength conversion member is provided with wavelength conversion particles having a phosphor and a first matrix surrounding the phosphor, and a second matrix surrounding the wavelength conversion particles and having a higher thermal conductivity than the first matrix. The phosphor is at least one phosphor selected from the group consisting of a phosphors constituted from quantum dots, phosphors constituted from a metal complex, and organic phosphors, for example. The first matrix includes at least one matrix selected from the group consisting of resins and glass, for example. The second matrix includes inorganic crystals, for example. The inorganic crystals are zinc-oxide crystals, for example.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément de conversion de longueur d'onde ayant d'excellentes propriétés de dissipation de la chaleur. Cet élément de conversion de longueur d'onde est pourvu de particules de conversion de longueur d'onde ayant un phosphore et une première matrice entourant le phosphore, et d'une seconde matrice entourant les particules de conversion de longueur d'onde et ayant une conductivité thermique supérieure à celle de la première matrice. Le phosphore est au moins un phosphore choisi dans le groupe constitué par des phosphores constitués de points quantiques, des phosphores constitués d'un complexe métallique, et des phosphores organiques, par exemple. La première matrice comprend au moins une matrice choisie dans le groupe constitué par les résines et le verre, par exemple. La seconde matrice comprend des cristaux inorganiques, par exemple. Les cristaux inorganiques sont des cristaux d'oxyde de zinc, par exemple.
