Abstract:
(EN) This power module is provided with: a first switching element; a current-voltage conversion circuit, into which a current outputted from the first switching element flows; a measuring circuit that measures the magnitude of the current; and an output terminal that outputs an output signal indicating the magnitude of the current measured by the measuring circuit. On the basis of a resistance value of the current-voltage conversion circuit, the measuring circuit measures the magnitude of the current outputted from the first switching element, and the first switching element and the measuring circuit are formed in one semiconductor package.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un module d'alimentation qui est pourvu : d'un premier élément de commutation ; d'un circuit de conversion courant-tension, dans lequel circule un courant provenant du premier élément de commutation ; d'un circuit de mesure qui mesure l'amplitude du courant ; et d'une borne de sortie qui émet un signal de sortie indiquant l'amplitude du courant mesuré par le circuit de mesure. Sur la base d'une valeur de résistance du circuit de conversion courant-tension, le circuit de mesure mesure l'amplitude du courant provenant du premier élément de commutation, et le premier élément de commutation et le circuit de mesure sont formés dans un boîtier semi-conducteur.
