Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing a multilayer film which is formed of a polyamide base film that has good barrier properties and good water-resistant adhesiveness even in a high-temperature high-humidity environment, and which is easily producible, while having excellent economic efficiency. [Solution] A multilayer film which has a cover layer on at least one surface of a polyamide base film, and wherein: the cover layer is formed from a resin composition for cover layers, which contains a polyester resin as a constituent; an inorganic thin film layer is arranged on the cover layer; and a protective layer that contains a urethane resin having a meta-xylylene group is arranged on the inorganic thin film layer. This multilayer film is characterized in that the protective layer of this multilayer film has a surface hardness of from 220 N/mm2 to 310 N/mm2.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un film multicouche qui est formé d'un film de base de polyamide qui présente de bonnes propriétés de barrière et une bonne adhérence résistante à l'eau, même dans un environnement à haute température et à forte humidité, et qui est facile à produire, tout en présentant une excellente efficacité économique. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un film multicouche qui a une couche de recouvrement sur au moins une surface d'un film de base de polyamide, et dans lequel: la couche de recouvrement est formée d'une composition de résine pour des couches de recouvrement, qui contient une résine de polyester en tant que constituant; une couche de film mince inorganique est disposée sur la couche de recouvrement; et une couche de protection qui contient une résine d'uréthane ayant un groupe méta-xylylène est disposée sur la couche de film mince inorganique. Ce film multicouche est caractérisé en ce que la couche de protection de ce film multicouche a une dureté de surface de 220 N/mm2 à 310 N/mm2.
(JA) 【課題】高温高湿環境下でも良好なバリア性および耐水接着性を有するポリアミド基材フィルムから成り、しかも製造が容易で経済性にも優れた積層フィルムを提供することを課題として掲げた。 【解決手段】ポリアミド基材フィルムの少なくとも片面に被覆層を有し、前記被覆層はポリエステル樹脂を構成成分として含有する被覆層用樹脂組成物からなり、前記被覆層上に無機薄膜層を有すると共に、該無機薄膜層上にメタキシリレン基を有するウレタン樹脂を含有する保護層を有しする積層フィルムで、前記積層フィルムの保護層の表面硬度が220~310N/mmであることを特徴とする積層フィルム。
