(JA) 歯付プーリの製造方法
Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a toothed pulley, wherein the degree of flexibility for selecting a material can be increased, and sufficient dimensional accuracy can be achieved while improving the efficiency of finishing work. [Solution] A method for manufacturing a toothed pulley 2 having a rim part 10 and a disc part 12 comprises: molding a first mold body 2C having a first rim part 11C and the disc part 12 by means of a first drawing process; molding a gear part 10D on the first rim part 11C of the first mold body 2C by means of a second drawing process; and upsetting a second mold body 2D so that a burr part 17 of the second mold body 2D is squashed into a flat shape and a circular arc radius R2 of a connection section 16D of the second mold body 2D coincides with a smaller circular arc radius R of a connection section 16 of a rim part 11 and the disc part 12 in the toothed pulley 2 while both ends of a second rim part 11D in an axial direction are respectively received in planar receiving surfaces 51c, 54b.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de fabrication d'une poulie crantée, le degré de flexibilité de sélection d'un matériau pouvant être augmenté, et une précision dimensionnelle suffisante pouvant être obtenue tout en améliorant l'efficacité du travail de finition. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une poulie crantée 2 ayant une partie de jante 10 et une partie de disque 12, lequel procédé comprenant : le moulage d'un premier corps de moule 2C ayant une première partie de jante 11C et la partie de disque 12 au moyen d'un premier processus de dessin ; le moulage d'une partie d'engrenage 10D sur la première partie de jante 11C du premier corps de moule 2C au moyen d'un second procédé de dessin ; et le refoulement d’un second corps de moule 2D de telle sorte qu'une partie de bavure 17 du second corps de moule 2D est écrasée en une forme plate et un rayon d'arc circulaire R2 d'une section de connexion 16D du second corps de moule 2D coïncide avec un rayon d'arc circulaire plus petit R d'une section de connexion 16 d'une partie de jante 11 et de la partie de disque 12 dans la poulie crantée 2 tandis que les deux extrémités d'une seconde partie de jante 11D dans une direction axiale sont respectivement reçues dans des surfaces de réception planes 51c, 54b.
(JA) 【課題】素材に対する選択自由度を拡大でき、しかも仕上げ作業の効率化を図りつつ、寸法精度を十分に確保可能な歯付プーリの製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】リム部10とディスク部12とを有する歯付プーリ2の製造方法であって、第1絞り加工により、第1リム部11Cとディスク部12とを有する第1成形体2Cを成形することと、第1成形体2Cの第1リム部11Cに第2絞り加工により歯部10Dを成形することと、第2リム部11Dにおける軸方向の両端を平坦な受け面51c,54bでそれぞれ受け止めながら、第2成形体2Dの連設部分16Dの円弧の半径R2が、それよりも小さな、歯付プーリ2におけるリム部11とディスク部12との連設部分16の円弧の半径Rと合致し、且つ、第2成形体2Dのバリ部17が平坦に押し潰されるように、第2成形体2Dを据え込み加工することとを備えた。
