Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a laminate which, when employed in a solid-state imaging element, is capable of obtaining images exhibiting excellent colour reproduction properties. The present invention also addresses the problem of providing a solid-state imaging element. This laminate is obtained by laminating a coloured layer, and a light attenuation layer. The difference ΔT1 between the maximum and minimum values of the transmittance of the light attenuation layer with respect to light in the wavelength range 400-700 nm is 10% or lower.
(FR) L'invention concerne un stratifié qui, lorsqu'il est utilisé dans un élément d'imagerie à semi-conducteurs, est apte à obtenir des images présentant d'excellentes propriétés de reproduction de couleurs. La présente invention concerne également un élément d'imagerie à semi-conducteurs. Le stratifié selon l'invention est obtenu par stratification d'une couche colorée et d'une couche d'atténuation de lumière. La différence ΔT1 entre les valeurs maximale et minimale de la transmittance de la couche d'atténuation de lumière par rapport à une lumière dans la plage de longueurs d'onde de 400 à 700 nm est de 10 % ou inférieure.
(JA) 固体撮像素子に適用した場合、優れた色再現性を有する像が得られる積層体の提供を課題とする。また、本発明は、固体撮像素子の提供も課題とする。積層体は、着色層と、光減衰層とが積層され、光減衰層の400~700nmの波長域の光の透過率の最大値と最小値との差ΔTが10%以下である。
