Abstract:
(EN) An objective of the present invention is to provide a machine tool (100) capable of reducing cycle time increases while preventing a prescribed operation performed on a workpiece (W) from affecting another operation, thus demonstrating superior processing precision and productivity. This machine tool (100) comprises a control unit (21) and modules (M1), (M2), and (M3) configured from main shafts (3) for retaining a workpiece (W) and a tool post (7) for retaining a tool for processing the workpiece (W) retained by a main shaft (3). The control unit (21) performs control so as to place a limitation on certain processing to avoid the parallel execution of prescribed processing on the workpiece (W) and processing that might be affected by said prescribed processing while allowing the execution of processing other than the processing subject to said limitation.
(FR) Un objectif de la présente invention est de fournir une machine-outil (100) permettant de réduire les augmentations de temps de cycle tout en empêchant une opération prescrite effectuée sur une pièce à travailler (W) d'altérer une autre opération, présentant ainsi une précision de traitement et une productivité supérieures. Cette machine-outil (100) comprend une unité de commande (21) et des modules (M1), (M2), et (M3) configurés à partir d'arbres principaux (3) permettant de maintenir une pièce à travailler (W), et un montant d'outil (7) permettant de maintenir un outil servant à traiter la pièce à travailler (W) maintenue par un arbre principal (3). L'unité de commande (21) effectue une commande de manière à placer une limitation sur un certain traitement pour éviter l'exécution parallèle d'un traitement prescrit sur la pièce à travailler (W) et un traitement qui pourrait être affecté par ledit traitement prescrit tout en permettant l'exécution d'un traitement autre que le traitement soumis à ladite limitation.
