Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an oil well pipe martensitic stainless seamless steel pipe that has a yield stress of at least 758 MPa (110 ksi) and excellent sulfide stress cracking resistance; and a production method for the oil well pipe martensitic stainless seamless steel pipe. An oil well pipe martensitic stainless seamless steel pipe that: has a composition that contains, by mass, at least 0.010% of C, no more than 0.5% of Si, 0.05%–0.24% of Mn, no more than 0.030% of P, no more than 0.005% of S, 4.6%–8.0% of Ni, 10.0%–14.0% of Cr, 1.0%–2.7% of Mo, no more than 0.1% of Al, 0.005%–0.2% of V, no more than 0.1% of N, 0.06%–0.25% of Ti, 0.01%–1.0% of Cu, and 0.01%–1.0% of Co and that satisfies a prescribed relational expression for C, Mn, Cr, Cu, Ni, Mo, W, Nb, N, and Ti, the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities; and has a yield stress of at least 758 MPa.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet de fournir un tuyau sans soudure en acier inoxydable à base de martensite pour tubage de puits de pétrole qui possède une résistance au formage supérieure ou égale à 758MPa(110ksi), et une excellente résistance à la fissuration par corrosion sous l'effet d'un sulfure, et un procédé de fabrication de ce tuyau sans soudure. Le tuyau sans soudure en acier inoxydable à base de martensite pour tubage de puits de pétrole de l'invention possède une résistance au formage supérieure ou égale à 758MPa, et présente une composition qui comprend, en % en masse, C:0,010% ou plus, Si:0,5% ou moins, Mn:0,05 à 0,24%, P:0,030% ou moins, S:0,005% ou moins, Ni:4,6 à 8,0%, Cr:10,0 à 14,0%, Mo:1,0 à 2,7%, Al:0,1% ou moins, V:0,005 à 0,2%, N:0,1% ou moins, Ti:0,06 à 0,25%, Cu:0,01 à 1,0% et Co:0,01 à 1,0%, C, Mn, Cr, Cu, Ni, Mo, W, Nb, N et Ti satisfaisant une formule relationnelle prédéfinie, et le reste étant constitué de Fe et des impuretés inévitables.
