Abstract:
(EN) A gear positioning device according to an embodiment comprises: a chuck for holding a gear, a rotational driving mechanism for rotationally driving the chuck so that the gear rotates around a prescribed axis of rotation, a displacement meter for continuously or periodically acquiring measured values expressing the distance between a reference point positioned outside the gear and the outer peripheral surface of the gear while causing the gear to rotate, and a control device for setting a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the gear as a portion to be measured on the basis of the rotation angle of the gear, the measured values, and at least one predetermined reference value and controlling the rotation driving mechanism such that the portion to be measured is disposed at a reference position.
(FR) Un mode de réalisation de l'invention concerne un dispositif de positionnement d'engrenage comprenant : un mandrin permettant de maintenir un engrenage, un mécanisme d'entraînement en rotation permettant d'entraîner en rotation le mandrin de telle sorte que l'engrenage tourne autour d'un axe de rotation prescrit, un dispositif de mesure de déplacement permettant d'acquérir en continu ou périodiquement des valeurs mesurées exprimant la distance entre un point de référence positionné à l'extérieur de l'engrenage et la surface périphérique externe de l'engrenage tout en provoquant la rotation de l'engrenage, et un dispositif de commande permettant de régler une partie de la surface périphérique externe de l'engrenage en tant que partie à mesurer en fonction de l'angle de rotation de l'engrenage, des valeurs mesurées, et d'au moins une valeur de référence prédéterminée et de commander le mécanisme d'entraînement en rotation de telle sorte que la partie à mesurer soit disposée à une position de référence.
(JA) 一実施形態に係るギヤ位置決め装置は、ギヤを保持するチャックと、所定の回転軸線を中心にギヤが回転するように、チャックを回転駆動する回転駆動機構と、ギヤを回転させながら、ギヤの外方に位置する基準点とギヤの外周面との間の距離を表す測定値を連続的又は周期的に取得する変位計と、ギヤの回転角度と測定値と予め定められた少なくとも1つの基準値とに基づいて、ギヤの外周面の一部を測定対象部として設定し、該測定対象部が基準位置に配置されるように回転駆動機構を制御する制御装置と、を備える。
