Abstract:
(EN) In order to determine the type of cells included in an object to be observed by an image analysis device, a method and a program, an image acquisition unit 21 acquires a first fluorescent image of an object to be observed including cells of multiple types in which first regions are colored with a first dye, and a second fluorescent image of the object to be observed in which second regions of specific cells among the cells of multiple types are colored with a second dye which is different from the first dye. A first determination unit 22 determines, on the basis of a superimposed image in which the first fluorescent image and the second fluorescent image are superimposed, whether or not the first regions are included in the second regions, and acquires a first determination result for each of the first regions. A second determination unit 23 determines the type of cells included in the object to be observed on the basis of the first determination result.
(FR) Selon l'invention, afin de déterminer le type de cellules incluses dans un objet à observer par un dispositif d'analyse d'image, un procédé et un programme, une unité d'acquisition d'image 21 acquiert une première image fluorescente d'un objet à observer comprenant des cellules de multiples types dans lesquelles des premières régions sont colorées avec un premier colorant, et une seconde image fluorescente de l'objet à observer dans laquelle des secondes régions de cellules spécifiques parmi les cellules de multiples types sont colorées avec un second colorant qui est différent du premier colorant. Une première unité de détermination 22 détermine, sur la base d'une image superposée dans laquelle la première image fluorescente et la seconde image fluorescente sont superposées, que les premières régions sont incluses ou non dans les secondes régions, et acquiert un premier résultat de détermination pour chacune des premières régions. Une seconde unité de détermination 23 détermine le type de cellules incluses dans l'objet à observer sur la base du premier résultat de détermination.
(JA) 画像解析装置、方法およびプログラムにおいて、観察対象に含まれる細胞の種類を判別できるようにする。画像取得部21が、第1の染色により第1の領域が染色された、複数種類の細胞を含む観察対象を表す第1の蛍光画像、および第1の染色とは異なる第2の染色により、複数種類の細胞のうちの特定の細胞における、第2の領域が染色された観察対象を表す第2の蛍光画像を取得する。第1の判定部22が、第1の蛍光画像と第2の蛍光画像とを重ね合わせた重ね合わせ画像において、第1の領域が第2の領域に包含されるか否かを判定して、第1の領域のそれぞれについての第1の判定結果を取得する。第2の判定部23が、第1の判定結果に基づいて、観察対象に含まれる細胞の種類を判定する。
