Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an airflow conveying apparatus that does not require a conveying auxiliary member, and that is capable of stably conveying a conveying subject, such as a sheet of paper, by means of an airflow while preventing the conveying subject from being deformed. An airflow conveying apparatus 1 is provided with: a conveying tube 100 that has first inner walls 101 that serve as two principal inner walls that are respectively parallel to two principal surfaces S1 of a conveying subject S that is conveyed along a conveying path 110; an airflow-generating apparatus 20 that generates, in the conveying path 110, a principal conveying airflow 10 that travels from one end of the conveying path 110 to the other end thereof; opposing surfaces 121 that are disposed between the first inner walls 101 so as to face each other with a gap of a predetermined size therebetween and that respectively face the two principal surfaces S1 of the conveying subject S to be conveyed; opposing plates 120 that serve as opposing members that form the conveying path 110 between the opposing surfaces 121; and a plurality of wall-flow generating sections 130 that are individually formed in each of the opposing plates 120 and that generate wall flows 11 that prevent the conveying subject S being conveyed from coming into contact with the opposing surfaces or being attached thereto.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de transport de flux d'air, qui ne nécessite pas d'élément auxiliaire de transport, et qui est apte à transporter de manière stable un sujet de transport, tel qu'une feuille de papier, au moyen d'un flux d'air, tout en empêchant le sujet de transport d'être déformé. L'appareil de transport de flux d'air (1) comprend : un tube de transport (100) qui présente des premières parois internes (101) qui jouent le rôle de deux parois internes principales, qui sont respectivement parallèles à deux surfaces principales (S1) d'un sujet de transport (S) qui est transporté le long d'un trajet de transport (110) ; un appareil de génération de flux d'air (20) qui génère, dans le trajet de transport (110), un flux d'air de transport principal (10) qui se déplace d'une extrémité du trajet de transport (110) à l'autre extrémité de ce dernier ; des surfaces opposées (121) qui sont disposées entre les premières parois internes (101) de façon à se faire face l'une l'autre, un espace d'une taille prédéterminée étant ménagé entre elles, et qui font respectivement face aux deux surfaces principales (S1) du sujet de transport (S) à transporter ; des plaques opposées (120) qui jouent le rôle d'éléments opposés, qui forment le trajet de transport (110) entre les surfaces opposées (121) ; et une pluralité de sections de génération de flux de paroi (130) qui sont formées individuellement dans chacune des plaques opposées (120) et qui génèrent des flux de paroi (11) qui empêchent le sujet de transport (S) qui est transporté d'entrer en contact avec les surfaces opposées ou d'être fixé à ces dernières.
(JA) 搬送用の補助部材が不要であり、紙葉類等のような被搬送物の変形を防ぎながら、被搬送物を空気流により安定して搬送できる空気流搬送装置を提供する。 空気流搬送装置1は、搬送路110に沿って搬送される被搬送物Sの両主面S1と夫々並行する2つの主内壁としての第一内壁101を有した搬送管100と、搬送路110の一方から他方に向かう主搬送気流10を搬送路110内に発生させる気流発生装置20と、各第一内壁101との間に所定のギャップを隔てて夫々対向配置されて、搬送される被搬送物Sの両主面S1と夫々対向する対向面121を備え、対向面121間に搬送路110を形成する対向部材としての対向板120と、各対向板120に夫々形成されて、搬送中の被搬送物Sが対向面に接触又は吸着することを防止する壁流11を発生させる複数の壁流発生部130を備える。
