Abstract:
(EN) A glass plate has a plurality of crater-shaped recesses R on an end face. The proportion of first recesses R1 in which the maximum value d of the linear distance between two points on the top periphery is 0.5 μm or greater among recesses R included in an arbitrary 30 μm square region of the end face is 50% or greater.
(FR) Une plaque de verre comporte une pluralité d'évidements en forme de cratères R sur une face d'extrémité. La proportion de premiers évidements R1 dans laquelle la valeur maximale d de la distance linéaire entre deux points sur la périphérie supérieure est de 0,5 µm ou plus parmi des évidements R compris dans une région carrée de 30 µm arbitraire de la face d'extrémité est de 50 % ou plus.
(JA) ガラス板は、端面にクレータ状の凹部Rを複数有する。端面の任意の30μm□の範囲S内に含まれる凹部Rのうち、頂部外周C上の二地点間の直線距離の最大値dが0.5μm以上となる第一凹部R1の割合が50%以上である。
