Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an anisotropically conductive sheet which can be used for the inspection of a semiconductor package or a high frequency component having a narrowed wiring pitch and thinned wiring, and which can be easily manufactured, and an anisotropically conductive sheet manufacturing method. The anisotropically conductive sheet 1 of the present invention comprises an insulating sheet body 3 having a plurality of through-holes 2 penetrating therethrough in a thickness direction, and an electrically conductive path 4 formed in the through-holes 2, and is characterized in that the electrically conductive path 4 is formed by curing an electrically conductive material 7 including at least electrically conductive nanoparticles and a binder resin, wherein the electrically conductive material 7 has a viscosity of not more than 100000 mPa·s.
(FR) L'invention concerne une feuille conductrice de manière anisotrope qui peut être utilisée pour l'inspection d'un boîtier semi-conducteur ou d'un composant haute fréquence ayant un pas de câblage rétréci et un câblage aminci, et qui peut être facilement fabriquée, et un procédé de fabrication de feuille conductrice de manière anisotrope. La feuille conductrice de manière anisotrope 1 de la présente invention comprend un corps de feuille isolant 3 ayant une pluralité de trous traversants 2 pénétrant à travers celui-ci dans une direction d'épaisseur, et un trajet électro-conducteur 4 formé dans les trous traversants 2, et est caractérisée en ce que le trajet électro-conducteur 4 est formé par durcissement d'un matériau électro-conducteur 7 comprenant au moins des nanoparticules électriquement conductrices et une résine liante, le matériau électro-conducteur 7 ayant une viscosité inférieure ou égale à 100 000 mPa.s.
