Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a photopolymerizable composition capable of forming a hard coat layer which hardly causes damages, curling or cracking and is highly resistant to heat and moisture; a hardened material obtained by polymerizing the photopolymerizable composition; a hard coat film comprising the hardened material and a method for manufacturing the same; and an article provided with the hard coat film. The photopolymerizable composition comprises (a) to (e): (a) a polymerizable compound having two or more radical polymerizable groups per molecule but being free from any polymerizable group other than the radical polymerizable groups; (b) a polymerizable compound having a radical polymerizable group and an epoxy group per molecule but being free from any oxetanyl group; (c) a polymerizable compound having a radical polymerizable group and an oxetanyl group per molecule but being free from any epoxy group; (d) a photoradical polymerization initiator; and (e) a photocationic polymerization initiator. The hardened material is obtained by polymerizing the photopolymerizable composition. The hard coat film is provided with a hard coat layer which comprises the hardened material. The method for manufacturing the hard coat film comprises forming the hard coat layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : une composition photopolymérisable capable de former une couche de revêtement dur qui résiste quasi-complètement aux dommages, au gondolage ou à la fissuration et est hautement résistante à la chaleur et à l'humidité ; un matériau durci obtenu par polymérisation de la composition photopolymérisable ; un film de revêtement dur comprenant le matériau durci et un procédé de fabrication de celui-ci ; et un article pourvu du film de revêtement dur. La composition photopolymérisable comprend (a) à (e) : (a) un composé polymérisable ayant deux groupements polymérisables par voie radicalaire ou plus par molécule mais exempt de tout groupement polymérisable autre que les groupements polymérisables par voie radicalaire ; (b) un composé polymérisable ayant un groupement polymérisable par voie radicalaire et un groupement époxy par molécule mais exempt de tout groupement oxétanyle ; (c) un composé polymérisable ayant un groupement polymérisable par voie radicalaire et un groupement oxétanyle par molécule mais exempt de tout groupe époxy ; (d) un initiateur de polymérisation photoradicalaire ; et (e) un initiateur de polymérisation photocationique. Le matériau durci est obtenu par polymérisation de la composition polymérisable. Le film de revêtement dur est pourvu d'une couche de revêtement dur qui comprend le matériau durci. Le procédé de fabrication du film de revêtement dur comprend la formation de la couche de revêtement dur.
