Abstract:
(EN) This method for producing a film has: step A for coating a support with a coating liquid containing at least a film-forming compound, a polymer, and a solvent to form a coating film, the polymer being selected from at least one among a fluoroaliphatic group-containing polymer and a siloxane structure-containing polymer, and having, at a liquid temperature of 60°C, a viscosity of 15 mPa·s or more of a solution in which a solid content of 55 mass% is dissolved in methyl ethyl ketone ; step B for drying, at a rate showing a mass change of 0.02-0.1 g/m2/s, the coating film formed in step A for a time period that is twice as long as t seconds satisfying a predetermined condition A; and step C for drying, at a rate showing a mass change of 0.02-0.2 g/m2/s, the coating film which has been subjected to step B.
(FR) Cette méthode de production d'un film comprend : une étape A de revêtement d'un support avec un liquide de revêtement contenant au moins un composé filmogène, un polymère, et un solvant pour former un film de revêtement, le polymère étant choisi parmi au moins un polymère contenant un groupe fluoroaliphatique et un polymère contenant une structure de siloxane, et ayant, à une température de liquide de 60 °C, une viscosité de 15 mPa·s ou plus d'une solution dans laquelle une teneur en solide de 55 % en masse est dissoute dans de la méthyléthylcétone ; une étape B de séchage, à un taux montrant un changement de masse de 0,02-0,1 g/m2/s, du film de revêtement formé à l'étape A pendant une période de temps qui est deux fois plus longue que t secondes satisfaisant une condition prédéterminée A ; et une étape C de séchage, à un taux montrant un changement de masse de 0,02 à g/m2/s, du film de revêtement qui a été soumis à l'étape B.
