Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a stepless transmission comprising: a first pulley having a first stationary sheave and a first movable sheave; a first cylinder for forming a first oil chamber together with the first movable sheave; a second pulley having a second stationary sheave and a second movable sheave; a second cylinder for forming a second oil chamber together with the second movable sheave; and a power transmitting belt passed on the first pulley and the second pulley. The first cylinder has a first member affixed to a first shaft, and also has a second member joined to the outer periphery of the first member. A bearing is disposed between the outer periphery of the first member and the inner periphery of a case. The axial thickness of the portion of the first member, which is capable of coming into direct contact with the first movable shave, is greater than the thickness of the second member.
(FR) L'invention concerne une transmission à variation continue comprenant : une première poulie comportant une première roue à gorge fixe et une première roue à gorge mobile ; un premier cylindre destiné à former une première chambre d'huile avec la première roue à gorge mobile ; une seconde poulie comportant une seconde roue à gorge fixe et une seconde roue à gorge mobile ; un second cylindre destiné à former une seconde chambre d'huile avec la seconde roue à gorge mobile ; et une courroie de transmission de puissance passant sur la première poulie et la seconde poulie. Le premier cylindre comporte un premier élément fixé à un premier arbre, et comporte également un second élément relié à la périphérie externe du premier élément. Un palier est disposé entre la périphérie externe du premier élément et la périphérie interne d'une enveloppe. L'épaisseur axiale de la partie du premier élément pouvant se mettre en contact direct avec la première roue à gorge mobile, est supérieure à l'épaisseur du second élément.
