Abstract:
(EN) This hybrid filter device (1) is configured of: an acoustic wave device (AD) which comprises an acoustic wave resonator; and a passive device (PD) which comprises an inductor element, or an inductor element and a capacitor element. At least one of the acoustic wave device (AD) and the passive device (PD) is mounted on a substrate (20) of the hybrid filter device (1); and the acoustic wave device (AD) and the passive device (PD) are electrically connected to each other. The acoustic wave device (AD) overlaps the passive device (PD) when viewed from a direction that is perpendicular to one main surface (20a) of the substrate (20) of the hybrid filter device (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de filtre hybride (1) qui est constitué : d'un dispositif à ondes acoustiques (AD) qui comprend un résonateur à ondes acoustiques ; et d'un dispositif passif (PD) qui comprend un élément bobine d'inductance, ou un élément bobine d'inductance et un élément condensateur. Au moins l'un du dispositif à ondes acoustiques (AD) et du dispositif passif (PD) est monté sur un substrat (20) du dispositif de filtre hybride (1) ; et le dispositif à ondes acoustiques (AD) et le dispositif passif (PD) sont électriquement connectés l'un à l'autre.
