Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an electrode which is highly electrically conductive and with which it is possible to increase the power density and energy density of an electricity storage device, a method of manufacturing the same, and an electricity storage device using the same. The electrode of the present invention contains a graphene aggregate having a grain size of at least 0.1 μm and less than 100 μm, wherein the graphene aggregate is an aggregate of graphene basic skeletons in which fibrous material is positioned between graphene layers. The electrode manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: a step of mixing the graphene basic skeletons with at least a lower alcohol having a carbon number of 1 or more and 5 or less to form a graphene aggregate in which the graphene basic skeletons are aggregated; and a step of forming a film using the graphene aggregate.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une électrode qui est hautement électriquement conductrice et grâce à laquelle il est possible d’accroître la densité de puissance et la densité d’énergie d’un dispositif accumulateur d’électricité, son procédé de fabrication, et un dispositif accumulateur d’électricité l’utilisant. L’électrode selon la présente invention contient un agrégat de graphène dont la taille de grains est comprise entre au moins 0,1 µm et moins de 100 µm, l’agrégat de graphène étant un agrégat de squelettes basiques de graphène dans lequel un matériau fibreux est positionné entre des couches de graphène. Le procédé de fabrication d’électrode selon la présente invention consiste : en une étape de mélange des squelettes basiques de graphène avec au moins un alcool inférieur dont le nombre d’atomes de carbone est compris entre 1 ou plus et 5 ou moins pour former un agrégat de graphène dans lequel les squelettes basiques de graphène sont agrégés ; et en une étape de formation d’une pellicule au moyen de l’agrégat de graphène.
(JA) 本発明は、導電性に優れ、蓄電デバイスのパワー密度やエネルギー密度を向上させる電極、その製造方法およびそれを用いた蓄電デバイスを提供する。本発明の電極は、少なくとも0.1μm以上100μm未満の粒径を有するグラフェン凝集体を含有し、グラフェン凝集体は、グラフェンの層間に繊維状物質が位置するグラフェン基本骨格の凝集体である。本発明の電極の製造方法は、上述のグラフェン基本骨格を、少なくとも炭素数が1以上5以下である低級アルコールと混合し、グラフェン基本骨格が凝集したグラフェン凝集体を形成するステップと、グラフェン凝集体を用いて成膜するステップとを包含する。
