Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a photosensitive coloring composition which is capable of forming a cured film that exhibits excellent decoloration resistance with respect to a developer liquid. Also provided are: a cured film; a method for forming a pattern; a color filter; a solid-state imaging element; and an image display device. This photosensitive coloring composition contains: a photopolymerization initiator a that has an absorption coefficient of light having a wavelength of 365 nm of more than 1.0 × 102 mL/gcm in methanol; a photopolymerization initiator b that has an absorption coefficient of light having a wavelength of 365 nm of 1.0 × 102 mL/gcm or less and an absorption coefficient of light having a wavelength of 254 nm of 1.0 × 103 mL/gcm or more in methanol; an alkali-soluble resin; and a colorant that has a polymerizable group. The content of the photopolymerization initiator a is 1.5% by mass or more and the content of the photopolymerization initiator b is 1.5% by mass or more in the total solid content of the photosensitive coloring composition.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition colorante photosensible capable de former un film durci qui présente une excellente résistance à la décoloration par rapport à un révélateur. L'invention concerne également un film durci, un procédé de formation de motif, un filtre coloré, un élément d'imagerie à semi-conducteurs et un dispositif d'affichage d'images. Cette composition colorante photosensible contient : un initiateur de photopolymérisation a qui a un coefficient d'absorption de lumière ayant une longueur d'onde de 365 nm de plus de 1,0 × 102 mL/gcm en méthanol ; un initiateur de photopolymérisation b qui a un coefficient d'absorption de lumière ayant une longueur d'onde de 365 nm de 1,0 × 102 mL/gcm ou moins et un coefficient d'absorption de lumière ayant une longueur d'onde de 254 nm de 1,0 × 103 mL/gcm ou plus en méthanol ; une résine soluble dans les alcalis ; et un colorant qui possède un groupe polymérisable. La teneur de l’initiateur de polymérisation a est de 1,5 % en masse ou plus et la teneur de l’initiateur de polymérisation b est de 1,5 % en masse ou plus de la teneur en matières solides totale de la composition de colorant photosensible.
(JA) 現像液に対する耐色抜け性に優れた硬化膜を形成できる感光性着色組成物を提供する。また、硬化膜、パターンの形成方法、カラーフィルタ、固体撮像素子および画像表示装置を提供する。感光性着色組成物は、メタノール中での波長365nmの光の吸光係数が1.0×10mL/gcmを超える光重合開始剤aと、メタノール中での波長365nmの光の吸光係数が1.0×10mL/gcm以下であり、波長254nmの光の吸光係数が1.0×10mL/gcm以上である光重合開始剤bと、アルカリ可溶性樹脂と、重合性基を有する色材とを含有する。感光性着色組成物の全固形分中における光重合開始剤aの含有量が1.5質量%以上であり、光重合開始剤bの含有量が1.5質量%以上である。
