Abstract:
(EN) This high frequency filter (1) is provided with series-arm resonators (S11 and S12) and parallel-arm resonators (P11 and P12) as elastic wave resonators, and at least one inductor. Capacitive components of the elastic wave resonators, together with the inductor, or together with the inductor and a capacitor, constitute a LPF (12) and a HPF (13) as hybrid filters, wherein at least one of the inductors include inductors (L12 and L13) as inductors as mounted component.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un filtre haute fréquence (1) comprenant des résonateurs à bras en série (S11 et S12) et des résonateurs à bras en dérivation (P11 et P12) en tant que résonateurs à ondes élastiques, et au moins une bobine d'induction. Des composants capacitifs des résonateurs à ondes élastiques, conjointement avec la bobine d'induction, ou conjointement avec la bobine d'induction et un condensateur, constituent un filtre passe-bas (12) et un filtre passe-haut (13) en tant que filtres hybrides, au moins l'une des bobines d'induction comprenant des bobines d'induction (L12 et L13) en tant que composants montés.
