Abstract:
(EN) This light source device (11) comprises a substrate (12), a light-emitting unit matrix (20) having a plurality of light-emitting units disposed in a matrix form on the substrate (12), and a reflective resin (16) disposed in a region above the substrate (12) containing the region wherein the light-emitting unit matrix (20) is disposed. The plurality of light-emitting units contain a first light-emitting unit (20a) and a second light-emitting unit (20b) that are adjacent to one another in the column direction of the light-emitting unit matrix (20). The reflective resin (16) contains a first reflective section (16a) disposed between the first light-emitting unit (20a) and the second light-emitting unit (20b) and extending in a direction intersecting with the column direction. At least a portion of the upper surface of the first reflective section (16a) protrudes more than the upper surface of the first light-emitting unit (20a) and the upper surface of the second light-emitting unit (20b).
