Abstract:
(EN) This ductile metal component fracture surface processing method for processing each of fracture surfaces (51a, 52a) of fractured components (51, 52) divided by fracturing a ductile metal component in a fracture direction includes: a holding step for holding each of the fractured components so that the fractured surfaces thereof are spaced apart from each other; a vibration step for applying a predetermined vibration in a direction crossing the fracture direction to at least one of the fractured components held in the holding step; a pressing step for pressing the fractured components against each other with a specified pressing force while applying the vibration by means of the vibration step; and a separation step for separating the fractured surfaces of the fractured components from each other after the pressing step while applying the vibration by means of the vibration step.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de surface de fracture de composant métallique ductile pour le traitement de chacune des surfaces de fracture (51a, 52a) de composants fracturés (51, 52) divisés par fracturation d'un composant métallique ductile dans une direction de fracture, ledit procédé comprenant : une étape de maintien pour maintenir chacun des composants fracturés de telle sorte que leurs surfaces fracturées soient espacées l'une de l'autre ; une étape de vibration pour appliquer une vibration prédéfinie dans une direction croisant la direction de fracture à au moins l'un des composants fracturés maintenus dans l'étape de maintien ; une étape de pressage pour presser les composants fracturés l'un contre l'autre avec une force de pression spécifiée tout en appliquant la vibration au moyen de l'étape de vibration ; et une étape de séparation pour séparer les surfaces fracturées des composants fracturés l'une de l'autre après l'étape de pressage tout en appliquant la vibration au moyen de l'étape de vibration.
(JA) 延性金属製部品(50)を破断方向に破断することより分割した破断部品(51,52)のそれぞれの破断面(51a,52a)を処理する延性金属製部品の破断面処理方法であって、各破断部品の破断面を互いに離間した状態で各破断部品をそれぞれ保持する保持工程と、保持工程で保持した各破断部品の少なくとも何れか一方に対して破断方向と交差する方向に所定の振動を付与する振動工程と、振動工程による振動を付与した状態で、各破断部品の破断面同士を指定の押圧力で互いに押し付ける押圧工程と、押圧工程の後に振動工程による振動を付与した状態で、各破断部品の破断面同士を離間させる離間工程とを含む。
