Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a traveling fiber bundle from falling out from a guide member, while curbing any increase to the size of the guide member. In this filament winding device, a helical winding unit comprises a plurality of guide members 43 for guiding respective fiber bundles F to a liner, a movement mechanism for causing each of the guide members 43 to move, and a rotation mechanism for causing each of the guide members 43 to rotate. Each of the guide members 43 comprises two side walls 81 and a plurality of guide sections 82 fixed between the two side walls 81. Provided as guide sections 82 are a first guide section 83 where a first guide surface 83a is formed, and a second guide section 84 where a second guide surface 84a is formed and which is arranged further to a downstream side than the first guide section 83. The first guide surface 83a is facing one side in the height direction. The second guide surface 84a is facing the other side in the height direction, and is disposed further to the other side than the first guide surface 83a.
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est d'empêcher un faisceau de fibres de déplacement de tomber d'un élément de guidage, tout en évitant une augmentation de la taille de l'élément de guidage. Dans ce dispositif de bobinage de filament, une unité de bobinage hélicoïdal comprend une pluralité d'éléments de guidage 43 pour guider des faisceaux de fibres F respectifs vers un revêtement, un mécanisme de déplacement pour amener chacun des éléments de guidage 43 à se déplacer, et un mécanisme de rotation pour amener chacun des éléments de guidage 43 à tourner. Chacun des éléments de guidage 43 comprend deux parois latérales 81 et une pluralité de sections de guidage 82 fixées entre les deux parois latérales 81. Des sections de guidage 82 sont composées d'une première section de guidage 83 dans laquelle est formée une première surface de guidage 83a, et d'une seconde section de guidage 84 dans laquelle est formée une seconde surface de guidage et qui est disposée plus loin vers un côté en aval que la première section de guidage 83. La première surface de guidage 83a est orientée vers un côté dans la direction de la hauteur. La seconde surface de guidage 84a est en regard de l'autre côté dans la direction de la hauteur, et est disposée plus loin de l'autre côté que la première surface de guidage 83a.
