Abstract:
(EN) This thermoelectric conversion element (10) is provided with a laminate having a plurality of first thermoelectric conversion parts (13), a plurality of second thermoelectric conversion parts (11), and insulation material layers (15). The first thermoelectric conversion parts (13) and the second thermoelectric conversion parts (11) are alternately arranged in the Y-axis direction. The first thermoelectric conversion parts (13) and the second thermoelectric conversion parts (11) are bonded to each other in some regions of Y-axis direction surfaces of the first thermoelectric conversion parts (13) and the second thermoelectric conversion parts (11). The insulation material layers (15) are disposed between the first thermoelectric conversion parts (13) and the second thermoelectric conversion parts (11) in other regions of the Y-axis direction surfaces. The insulation material layers (15) cover end surfaces of the second thermoelectric conversion parts (11). The ratio (W2/W1) of the thickness (W2) of the first thermoelectric conversion parts (13) to the thickness (W1) of the second thermoelectric conversion parts (11) is greater than 4 and no greater than 11.
