Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a shot processing device which can prevent a shot material from escaping a cabinet or becoming scattered while allowing effective reuse of the shot material. According to the present invention, a flow path formation body (40), which forms a flow path communicating the inside of the cabinet (12) and a suction port (70A) of a dust collector (70), is configured to include: a first flow path formation part (40X) that configures a portion of a circulation path of a circulation device (32); and a second flow path formation part (40Y) that connects an air blow chamber and the suction port (70A) of the dust collector (70). A sorting part (35) is provided in the middle of the flow path of the flow path formation body (40). The sorting part (35) sorts particulate matter including the shot material into shot material having a reusable particle size and other particulate matter, and includes: a first cyclone (36) including a portion of the first flow path formation part (40X); and a second cyclone (44) including a portion of the second flow path formation part (40Y).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement par grenaillage qui peut empêcher un matériau de grenaille de s'échapper d'un caisson ou de se diffuser, tout en permettant une réutilisation efficace du matériau de grenaille. Selon la présente invention, un corps de formation de trajet d'écoulement (40), qui forme un trajet d'écoulement communiquant avec l'intérieur du caisson (12) et un orifice d'aspiration (70A) d'un collecteur de poussière (70), est configuré pour comprendre : une première partie de formation de trajet d'écoulement (40X), qui configure une section d'un trajet de circulation d'un dispositif de circulation (32); et une seconde partie de formation de trajet d'écoulement (40Y), qui relie une chambre de soufflage d'air et l'orifice d'aspiration (70A) du collecteur de poussière (70). Une partie de tri (35) est disposée au milieu du trajet d'écoulement du corps de formation de trajet d'écoulement (40). La partie de tri (35) trie une matière particulaire comprenant le matériau de grenaille en un matériau de grenaille possédant une taille de particule réutilisable et d'autres matières particulaires, et comprend : un premier cyclone (36) comprenant une section de la première partie de formation de trajet d'écoulement (40X); et un second cyclone (44) comprenant une section de la seconde partie de formation de trajet d'écoulement (40Y).
