Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a peening processing method in which: a radius of curvature in a vertical cross section through a tip end of an impact pin 5 in a direction perpendicular to a welding direction is 0.05 to 0.50 mm and at most equal to the radius of curvature of a weld toe portion 4; impacts using the impact pin 5 are applied successively in a direction inclined from the welding direction as a sequence of impacts, and the sequence of impacts is repeated in the welding direction; and at this time, an impact mark group 12 comprising a plurality of impact marks 10 formed by the sequence of impacts at least partially overlaps an adjacent impact mark group 12, while an end portion of the impact mark group 12 in the direction perpendicular to the welding direction is separated from the end portion of the adjacent impact mark group 12 in the direction perpendicular to the welding direction. In this way, it is possible for fatigue properties of an overlapped fillet welded joint having a thin steel plate as a base material to be adequately improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de grenaillage, dans lequel procédé : un rayon de courbure dans une section transversale verticale à travers une extrémité de pointe d'une broche d'impact (5) dans une direction perpendiculaire à une direction de soudage est entre 0,05 et 0,50 mm et au plus égal au rayon de courbure d'une partie de pointe de soudage (4) ; des impacts provenant de la broche d'impact (5) sont appliqués successivement dans une direction inclinée par rapport à la direction de soudage sous la forme d'une séquence d'impacts, et la séquence d'impacts est répétée dans la direction de soudage ; et, à ce moment, un groupe de marques d'impact (12) comprenant une pluralité de marques d'impact (10) formées par la séquence d'impacts chevauche au moins partiellement un groupe de marques d'impact (12) adjacent, tandis qu'une partie d'extrémité du groupe de marques d'impact (12) dans la direction perpendiculaire à la direction de soudage est séparée de la partie d'extrémité du groupe de marques d'impact (12) adjacent dans la direction perpendiculaire à la direction de soudage. De cette manière, il est possible d'améliorer de manière adéquate les propriétés vis-à-vis de la fatigue d'un joint à soudure à clin ayant une plaque d'acier mince comme matériau de base.
(JA) 打撃ピン5の先端の溶接方向に直角な方向の垂直断面における曲率半径を、0.05~0.50mmで、かつ、上記溶接止端部4の曲率半径以下とし、上記打撃ピン5による打撃を、一連の打撃として、溶接方向から傾斜する方向に連続的に付加するとともに、上記一連の打撃を、溶接方向に繰り返し、その際、上記一連の打撃により形成される複数の打撃痕10からなる打撃痕群12は、隣接する打撃痕群12と少なくとも一部で互いに重なり合う一方、該打撃痕群12の溶接方向に直角な方向の端部は、該隣接する打撃痕群12の溶接方向に直角な方向の端部と離間させることにより、薄鋼板を母材とする重ね隅肉溶接継手の疲労特性を十分に向上させることが可能なピーニング処理方法を提供する。
