Abstract:
(EN) In order to prevent cracking of a sheared end face due to press forming, the present invention provides a technique for evaluating and predicting the crack limit of a sheared end face of a metal sheet and determining press forming conditions. This method is a deformation limit evaluation method for evaluating the deformation limit at a sheared end face of a metal sheet (1) when deforming the sheared metal sheet (1) by press forming, wherein: the deformation limit is evaluated by means of an index value obtained from two stress gradients, that is, a stress gradient in the sheet thickness direction and a stress gradient in a direction going away from the sheared end face, at an evaluation position in a stress distribution generated in the vicinity of the sheared end face of the metal sheet (1) due to the press forming.
(FR) Pour empêcher la fissuration d'une face d'extrémité cisaillée due à un façonnage à la presse, la présente invention concerne une technique d’évaluation et de prédiction de la limite de fissure d'une face d'extrémité cisaillée d'une feuille métallique et de détermination des conditions de formation de presse. Ce procédé est un procédé d'évaluation de limite de déformation destiné à évaluer la limite de déformation au niveau d'une face d'extrémité cisaillée d'une feuille métallique (1) lors de la déformation de la feuille métallique cisaillée (1) par façonnage à la presse, la limite de déformation étant évaluée au moyen d'une valeur d'indice obtenue à partir de deux gradients de contrainte, c'est-à-dire un gradient de contrainte dans la direction de l'épaisseur de la feuille et un gradient de contrainte dans une direction s'éloignant de la face d'extrémité cisaillée, au niveau d’une position d'évaluation dans une distribution de contrainte générée au voisinage de la face d'extrémité cisaillée de la feuille métallique (1) en raison du façonnage à la presse.
(JA) プレス成形によるせん断端面の割れの発生を防ぐために、金属板のせん断端面の割れ限界を評価・予測し、プレス成形条件を決定する技術を提供する。せん断加工された金属板(1)をプレス成形で変形する際における、上記金属板(1)のせん断端面での変形限界を評価する変形限界の評価方法であって、上記プレス成形によって上記金属板(1)のせん断端面近傍に発生する応力分布のうち、評価位置における、板厚方向Xの応力勾配とせん断端面から離れる方向の応力勾配との2つの応力勾配から求めた指標値によって、変形限界を評価する。
