Abstract:
(EN) An axial fan (10) includes a shaft (11) which is a rotating shaft, an air dynamic pressure bearing (34) suppressing radial fluctuations of the shaft (11) by means of air dynamic pressure, a shaft holder (12) that has a ring shape, has a first hole in which the shaft (11) is fitted and joined, and corrects a mass imbalance by being cut, a frame (13) having a cylindrical shape in which one end thereof is closed with a circular plane provided with a second hole in the middle which is fitted with and closed by the shaft holder (12), and an impeller (2) that covers the frame (13) so as to accommodate the frame (13) therein and has a third hole provided in the middle of the circular plane into which the shaft holder (12) is fitted.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un ventilateur axial (10) comprenant un arbre (11) qui est un arbre rotatif, un palier à pression dynamique d'air (34) supprimant des fluctuations radiales de l'arbre (11) au moyen d'une pression dynamique d'air, un support d'arbre (12) qui a une forme annulaire, a un premier trou dans lequel l'arbre (11) est ajusté et assemblé, et corrige un déséquilibre de masse en étant coupé, un cadre (13) ayant une forme cylindrique dont l'une des extrémités est fermée avec un plan circulaire pourvu d'un second trou au milieu qui est équipé du support d'arbre (12) et fermé par celui-ci, et une roue (2) qui recouvre le cadre (13) de façon à recevoir le cadre (13) et comporte un troisième trou prévu au milieu du plan circulaire dans lequel le support d'arbre (12) est monté.
(JA) 軸流ファン(10)は、回転軸であるシャフト(11)と、空気動圧によりシャフト(11)のラジアル方向の変動を抑制する空気動圧軸受(34)と、リング形状で、第1の穴にシャフト(11)が嵌合された状態で接合され、切削されることにより質量アンバランスを修正するためのシャフトホルダ(12)と、シャフトホルダ(12)が塞ぐように嵌合する第2の穴が中央に設けられた円形状の面で円筒形状の一端が塞がれた形状のフレーム(13)と、フレーム(13)を内部に収納するようにフレーム(13)に被さり、シャフトホルダ(12)が嵌合する円形状の面の中央に設けられた第3の穴が設けられたインペラー(2)とを備える。
