Abstract:
(EN) A seal structure 30 for a heat exchanger 1 having a seal plate 31 which is attached to a baffle plate 25 arranged in the interior of a shell 10 of the heat exchanger 1, and a portion of which makes contact with a wall surface 11 on the inner-surface side of the shell 10, wherein the seal plate 31 is configured by stacking a plurality of thin plates 32, the thin plates 32 make contact with the wall surface 11 while bending due to elastic deformation, a contact thin plate 35 which, among the thin plates 32, is the thin plate 32 that is positioned on the outermost side of the curve relative to the wall surface 11, makes contact with the wall surface 11, and an outer surface 36 of the contact thin plate 35, which is the surface among the surfaces of the contact thin plate 35 in the thickness direction that is on the outermost side of the curve, makes contact with the wall surface 11, thereby preventing a reduction in sealing performance.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure d’étanchéité 30 pour un échangeur de chaleur 1 comportant une plaque d’étanchéité 31 qui est fixée à une plaque de déflecteur 25 agencée à l’intérieur d’une enveloppe 10 de l’échangeur de chaleur 1, et dont une partie entre en contact avec une surface de paroi 11 sur le côté de surface interne de l’enveloppe 10, la plaque d’étanchéité 31 étant configurée par empilement d’une pluralité de plaques minces 32, les plaques minces 32 étant en contact avec la surface de paroi 11 tout en se courbant sous l’effet d’une déformation élastique, une plaque mince de contact 35 qui, parmi les plaques minces 32, est la plaque mince 32 qui est positionnée sur le côté extérieur de la courbe par rapport à la surface de paroi 11, entre en contact avec la surface de paroi 11, et une surface externe 36 de la plaque mince de contact 35, qui est la surface parmi les surfaces de la plaque mince de contact 35 dans la direction de l’épaisseur qui est sur le côté extérieur de la courbe, entre en contact avec la surface de paroi 11, de façon à évier une réduction des performances d’étanchéité.
(JA) 熱交換器1が有する胴10の内部に配設されるバッフルプレート25に取り付けられて一部が胴10の内面側の壁面11に接触するシールプレート31を有する熱交換器1のシール構造30において、シールプレート31は、複数の薄板32が重ね合わせられることにより構成され、薄板32が弾性変形によって湾曲しながら壁面11に接触すると共に、壁面11に対しては、複数の薄板32のうち湾曲の最も外側に位置する薄板32である接触薄板35が壁面11に接触し、接触薄板35は、接触薄板35の厚さ方向における表面のうち湾曲の外側の表面である外表面36が壁面11に接触することにより、シール性能の低下を抑制する。
