Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a power conversion device with which it is possible to detect failure of a switch element of an inverter in a shorter amount of time. This power conversion device 1000 comprises a first inverter 120, a second inverter 130, a failure detection device 340 that detects open failure of switch elements in the first and second inverters, and a memory 341. The failure detection device acquires a d axis current represented in a dq coordinate system and a zero phase current at a reference time for failure detection, writes the acquired d axis current and zero phase current data to the memory, and detects open failure of the switch elements in the first and second inverters on the basis of the absolute value of the difference between the acquired d axis current and zero phase current.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conversion de courant avec lequel il est possible de détecter une défaillance d'un élément de commutation d'un onduleur en un laps de temps plus court. Ce dispositif de conversion de courant (1000) comprend un premier onduleur (120), un second onduleur (130), un dispositif de détection de défaillance (340) qui détecte une défaillance d'ouverture d'éléments de commutation dans les premier et second onduleurs, et une mémoire (341). Le dispositif de détection de défaillance acquiert un courant d'axe d représenté dans un système de coordonnées dq et un courant de phase zéro à un instant de référence d'une détection de défaillance, écrit les données de courant d'axe d acquises et les données de courant de phase zéro dans la mémoire, et détecte une défaillance d'ouverture des éléments de commutation dans les premier et second onduleurs sur la base de la valeur absolue de la différence entre le courant d'axe d acquis et le courant de phase zéro.
