Abstract:
(EN) This positive electrode active material comprises a lithium composite oxide including fluorine and oxygen. The proportion Zs of the molar quantity of fluorine with respect to the sum of the molar quantity of fluorine and the molar quantity of oxygen, as determined through XPS measurement performed on the lithium composite oxide, is greater than the proportion Za, in the average composition of the lithium composite oxide, of the molar quantity of fluorine with respect to the sum of the molar quantity of fluorine and the molar quantity of oxygen. The lithium composite oxide has an XRD pattern in which a diffraction angle 2θ shows a first maximum peak in a range of 18-20° and a second maximum peak in a range of 43-46°. The ratio I(18°-20°)/I(43°-46°) of the integrated intensity I(18°-20°) of the first maximum peak with respect to the integrated intensity I(43°-46°) of the second maximum peak satisfies 0.05≤I(18°-20°)/I(43°-46°)≤0.90.
(FR) Ce matériau actif d'électrode positive comprend un oxyde composite de lithium comprenant du fluor et de l'oxygène. La proportion Zs de la quantité molaire de fluor par rapport à la somme de la quantité molaire de fluor et de la quantité molaire d'oxygène, telle que déterminée par mesure XPS effectuée sur l'oxyde composite de lithium, est supérieure à la proportion Za, dans la composition moyenne de l'oxyde composite de lithium, de la quantité molaire de fluor par rapport à la somme de la quantité molaire de fluor et de la quantité molaire d'oxygène. L'oxyde composite de lithium a un diagramme XRD dans lequel un angle de diffraction 2θ montre un premier pic maximal dans une plage de 18-20° et un second pic maximal dans une plage de 43-46°. Le rapport I(18°-20°)/I(43°-46°) de l'intensité intégrée I(18°-20°) du premier pic maximal par rapport à l'intensité intégrée I(43°-46°) du second pic maximal est tel que 0,05≤I(18°-20°)/I(43°-46°)≤0,90.
