Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a liquid agent application system capable of stabilizing liquid agent discharge. [Solution] A liquid agent application system 100 is provided with a head 16, a sound collection unit 21, and a bubble detection unit 24. The head 16 has a liquid agent retention unit 11, a diaphragm 12 for changing the volume inside the liquid retention unit 11, and a piezoelectric element 13 for pressing and vibrating the diaphragm 12. The sound collection unit 21 collects drive sound for the head 16. The bubble detection unit 24 detects whether bubbles are mixed in within the liquid agent retention unit 11 on the basis of the drive sound for the head 16.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un système d'application d'agent liquide permettant de stabiliser une distribution d'agent liquide. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un système d'application d'agent liquide (100) qui est pourvu d'une tête (16), d'une unité de collecte de son (21) et d'une unité de détection de bulles (24). La tête (16) comprend une unité de rétention d'agent liquide (11), un diaphragme (12) pour modifier le volume à l'intérieur de l'unité de rétention de liquide (11) et un élément piézoélectrique (13) pour presser et faire vibrer le diaphragme (12). L'unité de collecte de son (21) recueille le son d'entraînement pour la tête (16). L'unité de détection de bulles (24) détecte si des bulles sont mélangées dans l'unité de rétention d'agent liquide (11) sur la base du son d'entraînement pour la tête (16).
