Abstract:
(EN) A conductive paste contains at least a conductive powder and an organic vehicle and also contains a glass powder in an amount of 0.1 wt% or less, and preferably further contains Ni in an amount of 3 wt% or less. A glass article is provided with a ceramic layer 4 that contains a glass component and is formed on a first glass base body 1, wherein a conductive body 5 is formed on the ceramic layer 4, the ceramic layer 4 and the conductive body 5 are together formed from a co-sintered body which is produced by co-firing a ceramic film containing the glass component and a conductive film containing a glass powder in an amount of 0.1 wt% or less relative to the amount of a conductive paste, and the glass component contained in the ceramic film penetrates into the conductive body 5. There are provided: a conductive paste which enables the production of a conductive body having good solder wettability and good bonding strength to a power feeding terminal; various glass articles which are produced using the conductive paste; and a method for producing the glass articles.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une pâte conductrice qui contient au moins une poudre conductrice et un véhicule organique et qui contient également une poudre de verre en une quantité de 0,1 % en poids ou moins, et qui contient de préférence en outre du Ni en une quantité de 3 % en poids ou moins. Un article en verre est pourvu d'une couche de céramique (4) qui contient un composant de verre et est formée sur un premier corps de base en verre (1), un corps conducteur (5) étant formé sur la couche de céramique (4), la couche de céramique (4) et le corps conducteur (5) sont formés ensemble à partir d'un corps co-fritté qui est produit par co-cuisson d'un film en céramique contenant le composant de verre et d'un film conducteur contenant une poudre de verre en une quantité de 0,1 % en poids ou moins par rapport à la quantité d'une pâte conductrice, et le composant de verre contenu dans le film de céramique pénètre dans le corps conducteur (5). L'invention concerne : une pâte conductrice qui permet la production d'un corps conducteur ayant une bonne mouillabilité de soudure et une bonne résistance de liaison à une borne d'alimentation électrique ; divers articles en verre qui sont produits à l'aide de la pâte conductrice ; et un procédé de production des articles en verre.
(JA) 導電性ペーストは、少なくとも導電性粉末と有機ビヒクルとを含有すると共に、ガラス粉末の含有量が、0.1wt%以下であり、好ましくは3wt%以下のNiを含む。ガラス物品は、ガラス成分を含有したセラミック層4が第1のガラス基体1上に形成されると共に、セラミック層4上に導体5が形成されてなり、セラミック層4と導体5とは、前記ガラス成分を含有したセラミック膜と、ガラス粉末の含有量が導電性ペースト中で0.1wt%以下とされた導電膜とが共焼成された共焼結体からなり、セラミック膜に含有されるガラス成分が、導体5の内部に浸透して存在している。これによりはんだ濡れ性が良好で給電端子との接合強度が良好な導体を得ることができる導電性ペースト、及びこれを使用した各種ガラス物品とその製法を実現する。
