Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electric disk brake suitable for improving responsiveness. This electric disk brake is provided with: rotary-to-linear motion conversion mechanisms 5, 7 that convert the rotary motion of a rotary member 5 to linear motion; a return spring 13 that accumulates torque for retracting a piston 8 in response to the rotation of the rotary member 5; and a clutch 14 that switches between a state in which the torque of the return spring 13 can be accumulated and a state of suppressing the accumulation of the torque in the return spring 13. The clutch 14 is provided with a first disk 14a and a third disk 14c, which rotate with the rotary member 5, and a second disk 14b that is disposed between the first disk 14a and the third disk 14c. One end of the return spring 13 is connected to a caliper body 9 and the other end is connected to the second disk 14b.
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir un frein à disque électrique approprié pour améliorer la réactivité. À cet effet, ledit frein à disque électrique comporte : des mécanismes de conversion de mouvement rotatif à linéaire (5, 7) qui convertissent le mouvement rotatif d'un élément rotatif (5) en un mouvement linéaire ; un ressort de rappel (13) qui accumule un couple pour rétracter un piston (8) en réponse à la rotation de l'élément rotatif (5) ; et un embrayage (14) qui commute entre un état dans lequel le couple du ressort de rappel (13) peut être accumulé et un état de suppression de l'accumulation du couple dans le ressort de rappel (13). L'embrayage (14) est pourvu d'un premier disque (14a) et d'un troisième disque (14c) qui tournent avec l'élément rotatif (5), et d'un deuxième disque (14b) qui est disposé entre le premier disque (14a) et le troisième disque (14c). Une extrémité du ressort de rappel (13) est reliée à un corps d'étrier (9) et l'autre extrémité est reliée au deuxième disque (14b).
(JA) 本発明の目的は、応答性の向上に適した電動ディスクブレーキを提供することにある。電動ディスクブレーキは、回転部材5の回転運動を直動運動に変換する回転直動変換機構5,7と、回転部材5の回転に応じてピストン8を後退させるトルクを蓄えるリターンスプリング13と、リターンスプリング13に前記トルクを蓄積可能な状態とリターンスプリング13への前記トルクの蓄積を抑止する状態との移行を行うクラッチ14と、を備える。クラッチ14は、回転部材5とともに回転する第1ディスク14a及び第3ディスク14cと、第1ディスク14aと第3ディスク14cとの間に配置される第2ディスク14bと、を備える。リターンスプリング13は、一端部がキャリパボディ9に連結され 、他端部が第2ディスク14bに連結される。
