Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing a wire material 11 for forming a coil 10 includes: a step for arranging an element wire 11A in a molding space surrounded by a plurality of split molds; and a step for moving the molding space in a clamping direction and pressure-molding the element wire 11A. In the step for pressure-molding the element wire 11A, at least one of the plurality of split molds is moved, and the split molds each have a surface that changes in the longitudinal direction of the element wire, and pressure-mold the element wire 11A into the wire material 11 which has a plurality of different cross-sectional shapes in the longitudinal direction.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau de fil 11 pour former une bobine 10 comprenant : une étape d'agencement d'un fil d'élément 11A dans un espace de moulage entouré par une pluralité de moules fendus ; et une étape pour déplacer l'espace de moulage dans une direction de serrage et mouler par pression le fil d'élément 11A. Dans l'étape de moulage par pression du fil d'élément 11A, au moins l'un de la pluralité de moules fendus est déplacé, et les moules fendus ont chacun une surface qui change dans la direction longitudinale du fil d'élément, et mouler par pression le fil d'élément 11A dans le matériau de fil 11 qui a une pluralité de formes de section transversale différentes dans la direction longitudinale.
