Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing a coil 10 includes: a step for winding a wire material (conducting wire) 11 in multiple layers and multiple rows and forming a coil 10A so as to have a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape; a step for arranging the coil 10A in a molding space surrounded by a plurality of split molds; and a step for moving the molding space in a clamping direction and molding the cross-sectional shape of the coil 10A. In the step for molding the cross-sectional shape, at least one of the plurality of split molds is moved and the cross-sectional shape is molded into a fan shape by the surface formed on the split molds.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une bobine 10 comprenant : une étape consistant à enrouler un matériau de fil (fil conducteur) 11 en une pluralité de couches et en une pluralité de rangées, et à former une bobine 10A de manière à avoir une forme de section transversale trapézoïdale ; une étape consistant à agencer la bobine 10A dans un espace de moulage entouré par une pluralité de moules fendus ; et une étape consistant à déplacer l'espace de moulage dans une direction de serrage et à mouler la forme de section transversale de la bobine 10A. Dans l'étape consistant à mouler la forme de section transversale, au moins l'un de la pluralité de moules fendus est déplacé et la forme de section transversale est moulée en une forme de ventilateur par la surface formée sur les moules fendus.
(JA) コイル10の製造方法は、線材(導線)11を多層多列に巻回し、断面形状が台形形状となるコイル10Aを形成する工程と、コイル10Aを、複数の分割型に囲まれた成型空間に配置する工程と、成型空間を狭める方向に移動させて、コイル10Aの断面形状を成型する工程と、を含む。断面形状を成型する工程では、複数の分割型の少なくとも1つを移動させ、分割型に形成された面によって、断面形状を扇形形状に成型する。
