Abstract:
(EN) A temporary fixing sheet is provided which has excellent antistatic performance, excellent appearance, and a silicone foam layer. This temporary fixing sheet has a silicone foam layer, wherein the silicone foam layer is formed from a silicone resin composition containing: (A) organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule; (B) organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule; (C) a mixture formed from water and an inorganic thickener; (D-1) 0.2-1.2 parts by mass of a non-ionic surfactant with an HLB value of greater than or equal to 3, per 1 part by mass of component (G); (D-2) 0.01-0.14 parts by mass of a non-ionic surfactant with an HLB value of less than 3, per 1 part by mass of component (G); (E) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst; (F) a curing retardant; and (G) a conductive substance.
(FR) L'invention fournit une feuille de fixation temporaire qui possède d'excellentes performances antistatiques, dont l'apparence est satisfaisante, et qui possède une couche de mousse de silicone. Cette couche de mousse de silicone est formée à partir d'une composition de résine silicone qui contient (A) un organopolysiloxane possédant au moins deux groupes alcényle dans chaque molécule, (B) un organopolysiloxane possédant au moins deux atomes d’hydrogène liés à un atome de silicium dans chaque molécule, (C) un mélange constitué d'une eau et d'un épaississant inorganique, (D-1) un tensio-actif non-ionique de valeur HLB supérieure ou égale à 3 à raison de 0,2 à 1,2 partie en masse pour 1 partie en masse de composant (G), (D-2) un tensio-actif non-ionique de valeur HLB inférieure à 3 à raison de 0,01 à 0,14 partie en masse pour 1 partie en masse de composant (G), (E) un catalyseur pour réaction d’hydrosilylation, (F) un retardateur de durcissement et (G) une matière conductrice.
