Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides: a printing plate precursor capable of forming a printing plate having excellent edge antifouling and post-deinking properties; a method for manufacturing a printing plate; and a printing method. This printing plate precursor comprises an aluminum support and a functional layer disposed on the aluminum support, wherein the aluminum support includes an aluminum plate and an anodized aluminum film disposed on the aluminum plate, the anodized film is located closer to the functional layer side than the aluminum plate and has micropores extending in the depth direction from the surface of the functional layer side, the average pore size of the micropores on the surface of the anodized film is 13-100 nm, the printing plate precursor contains a hydrophilizing agent in a region of the functional layer-side plate surface, said region extending 5 mm inward from two facing ends, and the content of the hydrophilizing agent per unit area of said region is at least 10 mg/m2 higher than the content of the hydrophilizing agent per unit area of the other regions.
(FR) La présente invention concerne: un précurseur de plaque d'impression capable de former une plaque d'impression ayant d'excellentes propriétés antisalissure des bords et de post-désencrage; un procédé de fabrication d'une plaque d'impression; et un procédé d'impression. Ce précurseur de plaque d'impression comprend un support en aluminium et une couche fonctionnelle disposée sur le support en aluminium, le support en aluminium comprenant une plaque d'aluminium et un film d'aluminium anodisé disposé sur la plaque d'aluminium, le film anodisé est situé plus près du côté de la couche fonctionnelle que la plaque d'aluminium et présente des micropores s'étendant dans la direction de la profondeur à partir de la surface du côté de la couche fonctionnelle, la taille moyenne des pores des micropores sur la surface du film anodisé est de 13 à 100 nm, le précurseur de plaque d'impression contient un agent d'hydrophilisation dans une région de la surface de plaque côté couche fonctionnelle, ladite région s'étendant de 5 mm vers l'intérieur à partir de deux extrémités opposées, et la teneur de l'agent d'hydrophilisation par unité de surface de ladite région est d'au moins 10 mg/m 2 supérieure à celle de l'agent d'hydrophilisation par unité de surface des autres régions.
(JA) 本発明は、印刷版としたときに、エッジ汚れ防止性および放置払い性に優れる、印刷版原版、印刷版の製造方法、および、印刷方法を提供する。本発明の印刷版原版は、アルミニウム支持体と、アルミニウム支持体上に配置された機能層とを含む印刷版原版であって、アルミニウム支持体が、アルミニウム板と、アルミニウム板上に配置されたアルミニウムの陽極酸化皮膜とを含み、陽極酸化皮膜がアルミニウム板よりも機能層側に位置し、陽極酸化皮膜は、機能層側の表面から深さ方向にのびるマイクロポアを有し、マイクロポアの陽極酸化皮膜表面における平均径が13~100nmであり、印刷版原版の対向する2つの端部から内側に5mmまでの機能層側版面の領域に親水化剤を含み、領域における親水化剤の単位面積当たりの含有量が、領域以外の領域における親水化剤の単位面積当たりの含有量より、10mg/m以上多い。
