Abstract:
(EN) A friction plate (11) comprising a disc-shaped plate (1A) and friction materials (F1, F2) affixed to a side surface (1a) of the plate (1A). These friction materials (F1, F2) are arranged such that an inner-circumferential side and/or an outer-circumferential side is non-uniform in the inner/outer circumferential directions with respect to the circumferential direction centered on the center (CT1) of the plate (1A). Thus, the amount of lubricating oil picked up by the surface of the friction material segments (F1, F2) increases, and separation force between the friction plate (11) and a separator plate or an end plate in the axial direction increases.
(FR) L'invention concerne une plaque de friction (11) comprenant une plaque en forme de disque (1A) et des matériaux de friction (F1, F2) fixés à une surface latérale (1a) de la plaque (1A). Ces matériaux de friction (F1, F2) sont agencés de telle sorte qu'un côté circonférentiel interne et/ou un côté circonférentiel externe est non uniforme dans les directions circonférentielles interne/externe par rapport à la direction circonférentielle centrée sur le centre (CT1) de la plaque (1A). Ainsi, la quantité d'huile lubrifiante captée par la surface des segments de matériau de friction (F1, F2) augmente, et une force de séparation entre la plaque de friction (11) et une plaque de séparation ou une plaque d'extrémité dans la direction axiale augmente.
(JA) フリクションプレート(1)は、円板状のプレート(1A)と、プレート(1A)の側面(1a)に固着される摩擦材(F1,F2)とを備えている。これら摩擦材(F1,F2)は、内周側と外周側との一方又は両方が、プレート(1A)の中心(CT1)を中心とした周方向に対して、内外周方向に不均一となるように配置される。これにより、摩擦材セグメント(F1,F2)の表面に取り込む潤滑油の量が増加し、フリクションプレート(1)とセパレータプレートやエンドプレートとの軸方向の引き離し力が増加する。
