Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an eddy current detection device which adequately removes noise from a detection signal. A magnetic field is applied to an article to be inspected, by means of a magnetic field-forming magnet 60. The magnetic flux density of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field-forming magnet 60 is set to a value having a predetermined range, according to the distance between the magnetic field-forming magnet 60 and detection surface 55, and the thickness of the object 30 being inspected.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection de courant de Foucault qui élimine de manière adéquate le bruit d'un signal de détection. Un champ magnétique est appliqué à un article à inspecter, au moyen d'un aimant de formation de champ magnétique (60). La densité de flux magnétique du champ magnétique généré par l'aimant de formation de champ magnétique (60) est réglée sur une valeur présentant une plage prédéterminée, en fonction de la distance entre l'aimant de formation de champ magnétique (60) et une surface de détection (55), et l'épaisseur de l'objet (30) en cours d'inspection.
(JA) 本発明は検出信号からノイズが十分に除去される渦電流探傷装置を提供する。磁界形成用磁石60によって検査対象物30に磁界が印加される。その磁界形成用磁石60によって生じる磁界の磁束密度は、磁界形成用磁石60と検出面55との距離および検査対象物30の厚みに応じた所定範囲の値に設定される。
