Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an eddy current detection device with which it is possible to apply an adequately strong magnetic field to an object to be inspected, without using a significantly large magnet. The magnetic field-forming magnet 60 comprises a base magnet piece 60a and a tip magnet piece 60b, and the surface area of the tip pole face 62 of the tip magnet piece 60b in which the pole facing the object 30 being inspected appears is designed to be smaller than the surface area of the base face of the base magnet fragment 60a which is the reverse side of the magnetic field-forming magnet 60 from the tip pole face 62.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection de courant de Foucault grâce auquel il est possible d'appliquer un champ magnétique suffisamment puissant à un objet à inspecter, sans utiliser un aimant de grande taille. L'aimant de formation de champ magnétique (60) comprend une pièce d'aimant de base (60a) et une pièce d'aimant de pointe (60b), et la surface de la face de pôle de pointe (62) de la pièce d'aimant de pointe (60b) dans laquelle apparaît le pôle faisant face à l'objet (30) en cours d'inspection est conçue pour être plus petite que la surface de la face de base du fragment d'aimant de base (60a) constituant le côté inverse de l'aimant de formation de champ magnétique (60) depuis la face de pôle de pointe (62).
(JA) 本発明はさほど大型の磁石を使用せずとも検査対象物に十分な強さの磁界を印加することが可能な渦電流探傷装置を提供する。磁界形成用磁石60が基礎磁石片60aと先端磁石片60bとで構成されており、検査対象物30に向けられる磁極が現れる先端磁石片60bの先端磁極面62の面積は、磁界形成用磁石60において先端磁極面62と反対側の面となる基礎磁石片60aの基礎面64の面積よりも小さく設計される。
