Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a coating-laminated body wherein coating containing no hexavalent chrome (which is a substance of concern vis-à-vis the environment) and having excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance is laminated on a base material; and a production method therefor. The coating-laminated body pertaining to the present invention is produced by laminating multiple coating layers on a base material and is characterized in that the multiple coating layers comprise multiple S-containing Ni alloy coating layers and a sulfur-concentrated layer which is formed between the multiple S-containing Ni alloy coating layers and has a higher S concentration than the S-containing Ni alloy coating, wherein each of the multiple S-containing Ni alloy coatings has a Ni concentration of 90 mass% or higher and the difference between the Ni concentrations of the coatings is 1 mass% or smaller.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet : un corps de revêtement stratifié dans lequel un revêtement exempt de chrome hexavalent (qui est une substance d'intérêt vis-à-vis de l'environnement) et ayant une excellente résistance à la corrosion et une excellente résistance à l'usure est stratifié sur un matériau de base ; et son procédé de production. Le corps de revêtement stratifié selon l'invention est produit par stratification de multiples couches de revêtement sur un matériau de base et est caractérisé en ce que les multiples couches de revêtement comprennent de multiples couches de revêtement en alliage de Ni contenant du S et une couche à haute concentration en soufre qui est formée entre les multiples couches de revêtement en alliage de Ni contenant du S et a une concentration en S supérieure à celle du revêtement en alliage de Ni contenant du S, chacun des multiples revêtements en alliage de Ni contenant du S ayant une concentration en Ni supérieure ou égale à 90 % en masse et la différence entre les concentrations en Ni des revêtements étant inférieure ou égale à 1 % en masse.
(JA) 本発明は、環境懸念物質である6価クロムを含まず、耐食性及び耐摩耗性に優れた皮膜が基材上に積層された皮膜積層体およびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明に係る皮膜積層体は、複数層の皮膜が基材上に積層された積層体であって、前記複数層の皮膜は、複数のS含有Ni合金皮膜の層と、該複数のS含有Ni合金皮膜の層間に形成され前記S含有Ni合金皮膜のS濃度よりも高いS濃度を有する硫黄濃縮層とを有し、前記複数のS含有Ni合金皮膜の各膜は、Ni濃度が90質量%以上であり、各膜の前記Ni濃度の差が1質量%以内であることを特徴とする。
