Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a weld management system for appropriately managing welding. A weld management system (100) comprises: a plurality of localized magnetic sensors (10a to 10f) disposed at the periphery of a location (K) being joined; and a correction magnetic sensor (20) which is bent in such a way as to surround the location (K) being joined. Furthermore, a data processing means (30) generates information relating to a joining state of the location (K) being joined, on the basis of the difference between detected values from each of the plurality of localized magnetic sensors (10a to 10f) and a detected value from the correction magnetic sensor (20).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de gestion de soudure pour gérer la soudure de manière appropriée. Un système de gestion de soudure (100) comprend : une pluralité de capteurs magnétiques localisés (10a à 10f) disposés à la périphérie d'un emplacement (K) qui est joint ; et un capteur magnétique de correction (20) qui est courbé de manière à entourer l'emplacement (K) qui est joint. En outre, un moyen de traitement de données (30) génère des informations relatives à un état de jonction de l'emplacement (K) qui est joint, selon la différence entre des valeurs détectées provenant de chacun de la pluralité de capteurs magnétiques localisés (10a à 10f) et une valeur détectée à partir du capteur magnétique de correction (20).
(JA) 溶接の管理を適切に行う溶接管理システムを提供する。溶接管理システム(100)は、接合対象箇所(K)の周囲に配置される複数の局所磁気センサ(10a~10f)と、接合対象箇所(K)を囲むように湾曲している補正磁気センサ(20)と、を有している。そして、データ処理手段(30)は、複数の局所磁気センサ(10a~10f)のそれぞれの検出値と、補正磁気センサ(20)の検出値と、の差分に基づいて、接合対象箇所(K)の接合状態に関する情報を生成する。
