Abstract:
(EN) The present invention improves the safety of a secondary battery. This half secondary battery comprises an electrode having an electrode current collector and an electrode mixture layer, and an insulating layer formed on the electrode, wherein: when a nail with a tip angle of 30° is used, the tensile strength of the electrode current collector is 16N or lower; the insulating layer comprises a low melting point material; and the melting point of the low melting point material is not higher than the temperature for reducing the valence number of a positive electrode active material. Preferably, the low melting point material is P(VDF-HFP), the addition amount of the low melting point material in the insulating layer is 4-15 wt%, the thickness of the electrode current collector is 15 μm or less, and the electrode current collector is a positive current collector.
(FR) La présente invention améliore la sécurité d'une batterie rechargeable. Cette pile rechargeable comprend une électrode ayant un collecteur de courant d'électrode et une couche de mélange d'électrode, et une couche isolante formée sur l'électrode, dans laquelle : lorsqu'un ongle dont l'angle de pointe vaut 30° est utilisé, la résistance à la traction du collecteur de courant d'électrode est inférieure ou égale à 16 N ; la couche isolante comprend un matériau à bas point de fusion ; et le point de fusion du matériau à bas point de fusion n'est pas supérieur à la température de réduction du nombre de valence d'un matériau actif d'électrode positive. De préférence, le matériau à bas point de fusion est du P(VDF-HFP), la quantité d'addition du matériau à bas point de fusion dans la couche isolante est de 4 à 15 % en poids, l'épaisseur du collecteur de courant d'électrode est inférieure ou égale à 15 µm et le collecteur de courant d'électrode est un collecteur de courant positif.
(JA) 二次電池の安全性を向上させる。 電極集電体および電極合剤層を有する電極と、電極上に形成される絶縁層と、を有し、先端角度が30°の釘を用いたときの電極集電体の引張強度が16N以下であり、絶縁層は、低融点材料を有し、低融点材料の融点は正極活物質の価数減少温度以下である半二次電池。低融点材料はP(VDF-HFP)であり、絶縁層における低融点材料の添加量は4wt%~15wt%であり、電極集電体の厚みは15μm以下であり、電極集電体は正極集電体であることが望ましい。
