Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide an alloy member having better mechanical properties than conventional materials. This alloy member has a microstructure of columnar crystals, and is characterized in that the grain boundaries of the columnar crystals in a cross section parallel to the minor axis direction have a continuous concavo-convex shape, and ceramic particles having a particle size of 100 nm or less are dispersed in the grains and along the grain boundaries of the columnar crystals.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un élément d’alliage ayant de meilleures propriétés mécaniques que les matériaux classiques. Cet élément d’alliage a une microstructure de cristaux colonnaires, et est caractérisé en ce que les joints de grain des cristaux colonnaires dans une section transversale parallèle à la direction de l'axe mineur ont une forme concavo-convexe continue, et des particules de céramique ayant une granulométrie de 100 nm ou moins sont dispersées dans les grains et le long des limites de grain des cristaux colonnaires.
(JA) 本発明は、従来材よりも高い機械的特性を備えた合金部材を提供することを目的とする。本発明に係る合金部材は、柱状晶の微細組織を有する合金部材であって、前記柱状晶は、短軸方向の断面の粒界形状が連なった凹凸形状になっており、前記柱状晶の結晶粒内及び結晶粒界に粒径100 nm以下のセラミックス粒子が分散していることを特徴とする。
