Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a nonaqueous binder for electrodes or separators, which is used in a lithium ion battery that has excellent cycle life characteristics at high temperatures. A nonaqueous binder for electrodes or separators of lithium ion batteries, which is obtained by complexing cellulose nanofibers and a thermoplastic fluorine-based resin, and which is characterized in that the cellulose nanofibers have a fiber size (diameter) of from 0.002 μm to 1 μm (inclusive), a fiber length of from 0.5 μm to 10 mm (inclusive), and an aspect ratio ((fiber length of cellulose nanofibers)/(fiber diameter of cellulose nanofibers)) of from 2 to 100,000 (inclusive).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un liant non aqueux pour des électrodes ou des séparateurs, qui est utilisé dans une batterie au lithium-ion qui présente d’excellentes caractéristiques de durée de vie à des températures élevées. Un liant non aqueux pour des électrodes ou des séparateurs de batteries au lithium-ion, qui est obtenu par complexation de nanofibres de cellulose et d’une résine à base de fluor thermoplastique, et qui est caractérisé en ce que les nanofibres de cellulose ont une taille de fibre (diamètre) de 0,002 µm à 1 µm (inclus), une longueur de fibre de 0,5 µm à 10 mm (inclus), et un facteur de forme ((longueur de fibre de nanofibres de cellulose)/ (diamètre de fibre de nanofibres de cellulose)) de 2 à 100 000 (inclus).
(JA) 高温時のサイクル寿命特性に優れたリチウムイオン電池に用いられる非水系の電極またはセパレータ用バインダを提供する。セルロースナノファイバーと熱可塑性フッ素系樹脂とを複合化したリチウムイオン電池用の電極またはセパレータにおける非水系のバインダであって、前記セルロースナノファイバーが、繊維径(直径)が0.002μm以上1μm以下、繊維長が0.5μm以上10mm以下、アスペクト比(セルロースナノファイバーの繊維長/セルロースナノファイバーの繊維径)が、2以上100000以下のセルロースであることを特徴とする。
